On August 1, the 2026 TAILG Bangladesh Dealers Conference was successfully held at ICCB in Dhaka under the theme “TOGETHER GO FURTHER. TOGETHER WE WIN.” Lin Peng, TAILG’s South Asia Regional Director, members of EDiSON Group’s core management team, as well as more than 300 local dealers, partners and media guests attended the event to explore new opportunities in Bangladesh’s electric two-wheeler market.

Through a series of sessions covering core technology showcases, localized product launches, channel policy briefings, strategic partnership signings and outstanding dealer recognition, the conference comprehensively demonstrated TAILG’s product strength and operational capabilities in Bangladesh. It also sent a strong signal of TAILG’s commitment to accelerating its South Asia presence and deepening localized development.
Deepening Local Channels
Market Momentum, Faster Electrification
Bangladesh has substantial demand for two-wheeled mobility, creating significant potential for the transition to electric transportation. According to official data from Bangladesh, as of June 2026, approximately 4.997 million motorcycles had been legally registered with the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).

As fuel costs continue to rise, urban traffic pressure increases and demand for green mobility grows, more users are turning to economical, efficient and sustainable electric two-wheelers. Diverse needs across commuting, cargo transport and commercial delivery are also opening up new growth opportunities for the market.
Tech Meets Needs
Products Win Markets
To capture these opportunities, TAILG continues to build competitiveness through core technologies, helping dealers establish differentiated market advantages. In response to local needs such as challenging road conditions, frequent daily use and limited charging access, the conference highlighted two key technologies: sodium-ion batteries and super-fast charging.

TAILG’s sodium-ion batteries offer strong safety, durability and environmental adaptability, making them well suited to high-frequency use. Its super-fast charging technology can charge a battery to 80% in 30 minutes, significantly reducing charging time and improving vehicle operating efficiency.
Based on local market needs, TAILG also launched three new models in Bangladesh: the T53, T72L and F73L, covering a wide range of mobility scenarios.
The T53 is equipped with a sodium-ion battery and is designed for high-frequency applications such as commuting and cargo transport. The T72L is developed for challenging road conditions, featuring large tires for improved road passability and a safety-focused lithium battery system. The F73L adopts a removable lithium battery design, making it suitable for urban users with limited charging access. It also features a high-brightness headlight and a CBS combined braking system, balancing charging flexibility with riding safety.

Partners Together
Winning the Electric Future
During the conference, multiple local partners signed cooperation agreements with TAILG, while outstanding dealers were recognized for their market contributions.
TAILG will continue to strengthen its presence in Bangladesh through technology-driven products, localized channels and improved sales and after-sales services, working with local partners to deliver safer, more efficient and more reliable electric mobility solutions.
