On November 10 (local time), the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) continued in Belém, Brazil. As the only invited representative from the electric two-wheeler industry, Mr. Yao Li, President of TAILG Technology Co., Ltd., attended the Belém Climate Summit and delivered a keynote speech, officially launching the “Smart Electric Two-Wheeler Green and Low-Carbon Assessment System.” He shared China’s latest practices and insights in promoting green, low-carbon, and sustainable development.
The Belém Climate Summit gathered government representatives, international organizations, and enterprises from nearly 200 countries to explore global climate solutions and advance green transition cooperation.
In his speech, Mr. Yao presented the “TAILG Green and Low-Carbon Global Development Plan,” outlining TAILG’s achievements in promoting green mobility, zero-carbon manufacturing, and energy innovation across China and Belt and Road countries. He also introduced the new Assessment System, which leverages digitalization and AI to establish a full life-cycle green management model—covering manufacturing, use, and recycling—to build a traceable, circular, and sustainable global ecosystem for smart electric mobility.
Mr. Yao emphasized that as a pioneer in long-range electric two-wheelers, TAILG will continue to drive the global shift toward green mobility through technological innovation, contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to a world where humanity and nature coexist in harmony.

Ladies and gentlemen:
Hello everyone! I'm Yao Li, President of TAILG Technology Group from China.
It is a great honor to once again be invited by the UNFCCC to attend the COP 30 and I am delighted to share TAILG's Green, Low-Carbon, and Global Development Initiative. We are committed to contributing the practical experience and strength of Chinese enterprises to the global effort against climate change under the South-South cooperation framework.
Since its founding in 2003, TAILG has remained committed to the philosophy of green, low-carbon, and global development. We have integrated this vision across all stages of our operations—from R&D and production to supply chain management, marketing, and customer service. In particular, since signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the UNEP in 2017, we have proactively taken on the responsibility of leading China's electric mobility industry toward greener, more sustainable, and more global growth, delivering a series of impactful achievements:
We have established and are operating two zero-carbon factories in Huizhou and Wuxi, China—both certified by the China Quality Certification Center—setting a new benchmark for the industry.
We have launched green and low-carbon pilot projects in Kenya, Uganda, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries, promoting eco-friendly mobility solutions that have earned broad recognition from local communities and authorities.
In Africa, we have developed solar-powered tricycles, turning the vision of "sunlight -driven wheels" into reality. For countries such as Ghana, where power infrastructure remains limited, we introduced the TK90 series with battery-swapping capability, to address energy supply constraints.
As an industry leader with products sold in over 90 countries, we have joined hands with the Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center of China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Belt and Road Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer Center to promote replicable and practical Chinese green and low-carbon solutions worldwide.
The electric vehicle industry is at a pivotal point of intelligent and connected transformation, with AI offeringa strategic opportunity for green and sustainable industrial upgrading. In response, with the support of authoritative institutions in information technology, environmental technology, and quality certification, TAILG officially launched the Smart Electric Vehicle Green and Low-Carbon Evaluation System in early 2025. The core mission of this initiative is to develop technical standards, build technological systems, and establish an assessment framework across three key stages—smart manufacturing, usage, and recycling. By leveraging comprehensive data, we aim to create an AI-driven lifecycle data service system for intelligent electric vehicles. The ultimate goal is to foster a global ecosystem for intelligent electric vehicles that is green, low-carbon, traceable, recyclable and sustainable.
The core value of this evaluation system lies in its digital management, which strengthens green manufacturing, low-carbon mobility, and efficient recycling capabilities:
In manufacturing aspect, we are building a green manufacturing management system that encompasses zero-carbon factories, low-carbon design, and sustainable supply chains—aimed at carbon reduction and energy efficiency at the source.
For the usage aspect, we are developing a green mobility service system that manages digitally tracked mileage, battery performance, and electricity consumption, introducing positive incentive mechanisms to encourage eco-friendly travel.
For the recycling stage, we are creating an environmentally responsible recycling system that covers end-of-life vehicles, lithium-ion batteries, and lead-acid batteries, contributing to the growth of the circular economy.
According to our plan, we will finalize the standards and fully establishthe Smart Electric Vehicle Green and Low-Carbon Evaluation System by 2026. Over the following five years, TAILG will strive to achieve a comprehensive green and low-carbon transformation of China's intelligent electric vehicle industry while promoting the global adoption of sustainable smart electric vehicle solutions.
Ladies and gentlemen,TAILG's Green, Low-Carbon, and Global Development Initiative draws inspiration from the fertile soils of Southeast Asia's coconut groves, the warm sunshine of the African continent, and the vibrant spirits of Latin America. Most importantly, it relies on the steadfast support of all of you—friends who uphold the green vision and safeguard the future of humanity.
"Only with faith in your heart can you go far." It is this very faith that has driven TAILG’s unwavering dedication to green and low-carbon development over the years. Guided by the spirit of South-South cooperation, we at TAILG stand ready to join hands with our global partners to embrace a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable future for human mobility! Thank you all!
