On July 10, after the Wuxi manufacturing base passed the Green Factory certification, the TAILG Huizhou manufacturing base was recognized as the industry's first Zero-Carbon Factory, marking the beginning of the zero-carbon manufacturing era of electric two-wheeled vehicles and setting a replicable and popularizable zero-carbon model for the industry.

Creating a new benchmark for green manufacturing

TAILG's Huizhou manufacturing base has passed the assessment of the China Quality Certification Center (CQCC) and meets the strict standards of the Zero Carbon Factory Evaluation Specifications (T/CECA-G0171-2022), covering energy and carbon emission management, resource utilization, product innovation, greenhouse gas emission reduction and carbon offset, and has obtained the Type I Five-Star Zero Carbon Factory certification.

"This not only reflects our active response to the country's call for green development, but also marks the transformation of Chinese manufacturing in the dual-carbon era." Exporting China's green wisdom to the world

As early as the product stage, TAILG has integrated the green gene into the core of the brand. Its representative electric scooters and electric motorcycles have won the Product Carbon Footprint Label Certification Certificate for two consecutive years.

Today, this green concept has been extended from the product end to the manufacturing end, demonstrating the green capabilities of TAILG products throughout their life cycle.

At present, TAILG Huizhou Manufacturing Base has installed a 12.18 MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation system. He Wenqiang, assistant to the chairman of TAILG, said in his report that based on independent emission reduction, the Huizhou Manufacturing Base has achieved 100% offset of electric energy.

In the future, TAILG will take Huizhou as a model, continue to deepen the carbon reduction process, and gradually complete the zero-carbon transformation of major production bases around the world.
