In March 2018, TAILG signed a bilateral memorandum of cooperation with the Ugandan government, becoming the first partner country for TAILG in the United Nations Environment Programme's electric mobility project. Subsequently, based on the recommendation of the Clean Air Initiative for Africa in Uganda, cooperation was extended to promote the United Nations electric mobility project in more regions across Africa.

On November 27, 2019, TAILG, as the sole representative from China, was invited to attend the launch and press conference of the electric mobility pilot project in Pasig City. TAILG donated 30 new energy electric vehicles to the Philippine Postal Corporation, aiding the country in addressing its escalating environmental challenges. The Philippines project marked TAILG's first pilot initiative in the Asia-Pacific region. In recognition of TAILG Group's outstanding contributions to the global clean energy transportation industry, the Philippine Postal Corporation issued a commemorative stamp featuring TAILG Group.

On November 28, 2022, TAILG Group held a grand ceremony in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, for the donation of the first batch of electric vehicles to the Vietnamese government. The ceremony aimed to share China's experiences and achievements in exploring clean energy transportation solutions, as well as advancing the global electric vehicle industry chain. This initiative contributes to the promotion of global environmental and climate governance and supports the worldwide implementation of China's zero-carbon projects.

On June 23, 2023, TAILG Group donated 50 electric motorcycles to Thailand's National Science and Technology Development Agency and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to promote the demonstration of "electricity replacing fuel" in motorcycles. This initiative aims to strengthen the adoption of low-carbon mobility concepts in Thailand and support the Thai government's efforts to accelerate the transition from fuel-powered vehicles to electric vehicles. TAILG Group was also invited to participate in the Belt and Road Green Innovation Conference, where it signed a cooperation agreement to support the implementation of an electric two-wheeler technology demonstration project in Malaysia.

In February 2023, TAILG Group, in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme, the Belt and Road Center, and the China Quality Certification Center, jointly established the Global E-Mobility Programme Research Institute. The institute is dedicated to researching cutting-edge technologies in electric motorcycle key components, intelligent driving systems, new materials, and new processes. It focuses on the low-carbon mobility sector, exploring global technology and product quality certification and development standards, and further promoting pilot projects for electric mobility.
